Yilma Siga Bet

Yilma is one of the city's most famous siga bets (meat houses), where butcher counters double as the menu: locals order hunks of raw tere siga or sizzling tibs by the kilo, eaten with mitmita, awaze and injera. During non-fasting seasons it heaves with families and groups on a full-blooded Ethiopian night out.
