Founded by SoleRebels entrepreneur Bethlehem Tilahun Alemu, Garden of Coffee turns Ethiopia's traditional pan-roasting into a modern café experience: artisans hand-roast your chosen beans on ceramic roasters while you wait. It's the closest thing to a coffee-ceremony atelier in the city, and beans make superb gifts.
