KAYN LAB's experimental Ethio-jazz residency — running most Monday nights since 2016 — now plays Fendika's stage at the Hyatt Regency near Meskel Square, after the original Kazanchis club was lost to redevelopment in 2024. Fendika's own posts bill it as 'Kayn Lab every Monday night at 9 pm', usually ending in an open jam session.
